摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve characteristics of adjustable speed having the same deceleration time as when a low-pass filter having a low cut-off frequency is applied, and to generate a speed command profile having a long deceleration time in which halt vibration hardly occurs, in order to reduce the halt vibration when a low-pass filter having a high cut-off frequency is applied. <P>SOLUTION: Characteristics of adjustable speed is obtained so that a deceleration time when the low-pass filter having the low cut-off frequency is applied to a speed command profile generated by a method for making acceleration always constant without depending on an operation speed prescribed by a program is as same as a deceleration time when the low-pass filter having a higher cut-off frequency than the low-pass filter is applied to the speed command profile. A speed command profile is obtained when the low-pass filter having a high cut-off frequency is applied to a speed command profile generated using the characteristics of adjustable speed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
