PURPOSE: A light emitting display is provided to display desired light by including conductive fluid and a light emitting diode and applying power. CONSTITUTION: One side of a thin transparent plate device is coated by a transparent electrode device. The transparent plate device faces a transparent electrode and four sides of the transparent plate device are sealed at a regular interval. The blocking plate(25) of the top end portion includes an electrode and is electrically and electronically connected to the transparent electrode. An electrode terminal(30) is applied with a current and a control signal. A thickness maintaining unit(29) is adhered between two transparent plate devices and used as a supporting unit.
