ARRAY SUBSTRATE FOR IN-PLANE SWITCHING MODE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An array panel for the lateral electric field of a liquid crystal display apparatus including COT structure is provided to prevent cross torque in which is caused by RC delay by eliminating a planarization process. CONSTITUTION: A pixel area is formed by crossing a gate wiring with a data wiring each other on a substrate. A common wiring(102) is formed and is faced with the gate wiring. A thin film transistor(Tr) is formed by connecting the gate wiring and the data wiring. Plural pixel electrodes(123) are connected with the thin film transistor within the pixel area(P). Command electrodes(125, 125a) are formed beside to the pixel electrode.
