FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: vessels 4 containing carbon-bearing wastes are heated from the outside in a furnace 1, while simultaneously pumping furnace gases inside the vessels 4 and the mixing said furnace gases with exhaust combustion gases obtained from pyrolysis. The obtained mixture of gases is directed by pipes 5 and 6 successively from one vessel 4 into another, and then into the hearth 2 of furnace 1 where it is burnt.
