<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for selective oxidative dehydrogenation of a hydrogen-containing CO mixed gas showing a low CO loss and a high hydrogen removal rate. <P>SOLUTION: In this method for selective oxidative dehydrogenation of a hydrogen-containing CO mixed gas, including a process wherein the hydrogen-containing CO mixed gas is used as a raw material, and the raw material is allowed to pass a catalyst layer having an activity gradient increased gradually in a reactor, the molar ratio of oxygen to hydrogen contained in the raw material ranges from 0.5:1 to 5:1, a reaction temperature ranging 100-300°C, a volume space velocity ranging 100-10,000 h<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>, and a reaction pressure ranging from -0.08 to 5.0 MPa, and thereby hydrogen in reaction waste water is oxidized into water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
