<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for producing sprouted brown rice for solving such problems that conventionally there is no method and device for producing sprouted brown rice which is delicious when eating, by shortening labor and time in producing sprouted brown rice, and making water adjustment excellent so as not to decrease the quality of obtained sprouted brown rice. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the sprouted brown rice includes washing an appropriate amount of brown rice followed by soaking in water for a time suitable for the brown rice amount, dehydrating the soaked brown rice followed by charging it into a first container with an opened upper surface and adding an alcohol soluble water of an amount suitable for the brown rice amount, closing the first container followed by storing it in a second container with an opened upper surface and closing, and storing the second container in a heat insulation container followed by letting stand for a time suitable for the brown rice amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
