<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable and a stacked cable with improved heat dissipation. <P>SOLUTION: In a flat cable 1, a surrounding part of a plurality of conductors 2 arranged in parallel at a predetermined spacing is covered with covering member 3 composed of insulating resin and thicker than the conductors 2 and protrusions 5 is formed on the circumference surface of the covering member 3. By providing the protrusions 5 for the flat cable 1, the surface area of the circumference surface of the covering member 3 increases to improve heat dissipation.
