<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a throughput for obtaining an ASV of each module of a multi-power source LSI, and to adjust a power supply voltage to be supplied to each module to a proper value even when manufacturing variation dependency and power supply voltage dependency between a clock tree circuit and a logic circuit configuring a module are different. <P>SOLUTION: A phase adjustment ASV control part 121 functions to adjust a power supply voltage of a multi-power source LSI 100 comprising a plurality of modules whose power supply voltages are different. An ASV control part 111 sets the power supply voltage of a power supply domain A module 110 according to the manufacturing variation of the multi-power source LSI 100. Then, the phase adjustment ASV control part 121 compares a phase of a clock signal flowing through the power supply domain A module 110 with a phase of a clock signal flowing through a power supply domain B module 120 to detect a phase difference, and adjusts a power supply voltage to be supplied from a power supply IC 140 to the power supply domain B module 120 so that the phase difference can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
