<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an endoscopic apparatus, which are enhanced in strength and layout flexibility of a flexible substrate, and hardly affected by radiation noise or heat from the other electronic components, and which are further excellent in insulating property. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging device 100 includes an imaging element 59 for imaging a subject, and a flexible substrate 57 mounted with a plurality of electronic components 77, 79 including the imaging element 59, the flexible substrate 57 being folded at a plurality of positions on the substrate and housed in a casing. The flexible substrate 57 has bending shafts B1, B2 parallel to each other at two positions, and further a bending shaft of the direction different from the bending shafts B1, B2. After the flexible substrate 57 is bent along each bending shaft, the electronic components 77, 79 are disposed on the flexible substrate 57 so that the surface of the flexible substrate 57 facing the electronic component 79 forms an electronic component non-mounting area W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
