<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear-coated stainless steel sheet which is economically excellent and can suppress a pressure mark produced by pressure when the steel sheet is wound up and an abrasion on a coating surface. <P>SOLUTION: The clear-coated stainless steel sheet contains a stainless steel sheet and a clear coating film formed on one or both surfaces of the stainless steel sheet. The clear coating film contains a thermosetting resin composition (A) and resin beads (B), the amount of the beads being 0.5 to 4.0 pts.mass per 100 pts. mass of the solid components of the thermosetting resin composition (A). The thermosetting resin composition (A) contains an acrylic resin (A1) and a crosslinking/curing resin (A2) which crosslinks and cures the acrylic resin (A1) and which comprises a blocked-isocyanate resin and an amino resin. The acrylic resin (A1) contains at least one of crosslinkable functional groups selected from hydroxyl, carboxyl and alkoxysilane groups and has a glass transition temperature of 30 to 90°C and a number-average molecular weight of 3,000 to 50,000.
