<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy tube having improved high-temperature ductility and reduced the possibility of cracks during brazing while maintaining high strength. <P>SOLUTION: A copper alloy tube for a heat exchanger contains 0.1 to 1.0 mass% of Sn and 0.005 to 0.1 mass% of P and further contains one or more elements selected from a group of Zr, Ti, and Cr in such a manner that when Zr is contained, the Zr content is 0.0001 to 0.01 mass% and the total content of each element is 0.0001 to 0.1 mass%, wherein the total content of S, Pb, Bi, Se, As, Te, and Sb is regulated to 0.003 mass% or less, the O content is regulated to 0.005 mass% or less, and the H content is regulated to 0.0002 mass% or less. Then, in a section including a tube axis, the average crystal particle size in the direction of the thickness is 30 μm or less and the drawing value at 800°C is 25% or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
