<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic flux detection sensor capable of miniaturizing, and capable of improving linearity of a detection signal to an inclination angle of a posture. <P>SOLUTION: An inclination sensor 1 comprises a casing 2, a magnetoelectric transducer 8 and a movable body 12. The casing 2 forms a movable body storage space 6 having a concave curved surface 5 facing upward. The casing 2 is provided with the magnetoelectric transducer 8 which is located under a deepest portion 5A of the concave curved surface 5 and detects a magnetic flux density of the casing 2 in a height direction. The movable body 12 is formed of a semi-spherical magnet, and a slide surface 13 composed of a semi-spherical surface facing downward and a flat top surface 14 have reverse polarities mutually. The movable body 12 is stored in the movable body storage space 6 of the casing 2 in a state where the slide surface 13 is slidable on the concave curved surface 5. Thus the magnetic flux density corresponding to an inclination angle θ of the casing 2 can be applied to the magnetoelectric transducer 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
