<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that it is necessary to dig soil to a depth of 200 m or more to get a heat source of a temperature zone comfortable for human, water as a heat storage body and deteriorated and wasted devices must be replaced, a specification of heat insulating work of a building becomes excessive, costs for operating heating/cooling equipment and maintenance are high, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: In the air conditioning equipment utilizing earth thermal, an in-ground heat exchange section is provided with a compact heat exchanger unit with an enlarged heat transfer area so that heating/cooling of 25°C can be achieved even at an in-ground temperature of a ground depth of 5 m or less, thus the air temperature necessary for ventilation caused by temperature difference can be efficiently achieved. In summer, a sensory temperature is lowered by generating air current in the building by the ventilation caused by temperature difference by solar insolation on a roof surface, and the acquired air of geothermal temperature is distributed into the building, and in winter, the air is heated by a heater applying a wind force power generation system operated by the air current generated by the ventilation caused by temperature difference in the unit as a motor, to supply the air of comfortable temperature into the building, thus this mechanism for integrally operating the building and the unit can be provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
