<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device that, when a user who is outside a vehicle controls the vehicle by remote control, secures a field of view sufficiently without changing a location of the user to issue a remote control command more safely even in rain where obstacles such as raindrops that blocks the user's view are on a glass of a windshield, a back window, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle control device for an unmanned vehicle to be controlled by a command from a remote controller is configured: to detect obstacles that prevent user's view; to determine whether unmanned operation is started or in process, by the command from the remote controller; and when the obstacles are detected and the unmanned operation is started or in process, to move wipers of the vehicle and to open side windows of the vehicle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
