<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for manufacturing of a liquid jet head, capable of prevening a decrease of the yield, which is caused by an adhesive that has fallen and becomes a foreign matter. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes mixing an adhesive 350 with a curing accelerator 410 so that curing of the adhesive 350 at the outside open end 104 of a bonding area 103 is delayed compared with the curing of the adhesive 350 in the other bonding area 103, when a channel forming substrate 10 is laminated with a joining substrate 30. By performing a temporary curing process or main curing process, the speed of curing of the adhesive 350 at the outside open end 104 of the bonding areas 103 is delayed compared with the speed of curing of the curing accelerator adhesive 340 in the other bonding area 103. Thereafter, the channel forming substrate 10 and bonding substrate 30 which are stuck together are subjected to alkaline cleaning. Thereby, the adhesive 350 at the outside open end 104 of the bonding area 103 where the curing is delayed is selectively removed, thus reducing such the possibility that the adhesive falls and becomes the foreign matter. Accordingly, this makes it possible to obtain the method for manufacturing the ink jet type recording head 1, in which the yield decrease caused by the adhesive 35 that has become the foreign matter is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
