<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon dioxide fixation method which can fix carbon dioxide in a carbon dioxide-containing gas such as air without making any large equipment investment, is immediately practicable, and is expected to be effective and to provide a measure capable of recycling a support in which carbon dioxide is fixed as a functional material by a new recovery system which needs no disposal treatment such as incineration or land fill. <P>SOLUTION: Human hair being a biotissue is used as a support. Carbon dioxide in a carbon dioxide gas containing gas such as air is fixed among hair stem cells of human hair by a carbon dioxide adsorbent constituted from an intercalation compound comprising a layered compound having carbon dioxide adsorptivity and a protein as an intercalation substance and previously applied onto hair or by a hair treatment agent containing the adsorbent, and the hair is used as a biological functional material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
