<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a deep hole of a hollow component allowing processing at a high load by preventing deformation due to self-weight of a heated workpiece, and excelling in its work efficiency and a product yield. <P>SOLUTION: The device 10 for forming a deep hole of a hollow component is configured to include: a workpiece holding part 11 for cantilever-supporting a base end side of a round rod-like workpiece W to be reciprocatingly moved forward and backward to/from its tip side; a workpiece support part 13 mounted to the front side of a workpiece guide 12, and abutting on the lower side of the round rod-like workpiece W to be inserted to horizontally support the lower side; inclined roller parts 14, 15 for pressing a circumferential surface of the round rod-like workpiece; and a mandrel 16 subjected to roller pressing to abut on a tip of the advancing round rod-like workpiece, and tilting/rolling/drilling the tip side of the round rod-like workpiece into a cylindrical shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
