A method for improving the long-term results of surgical treatment of benign biliary pathology comprises early and late postoperative period, implementation of medication and physical therapy. From the 7th postoperative day "Gepabene" is prescribed 1 capsule 2 times a day, "Atorvastatin" 1 tablet (10 mg) 1 per day for the next 10 days, after which the regional microwave therapy in the decimeter range (DMC-therapy) on projection of the liver in the right hypochondrium of 12 procedures after day, continuing treatment on outpatient basis over the next 6 months after surgical correction of benign biliary pathology at intervals between the complexes iof 14 days. |
