One or more parts of the filter unit are made of electrically conductive material. Surface area of the filter unit is completely covered by the electrically conductive material. The filter unit is made of electrically conductive plastic. A filter support device (14) is provided for mechanical wearing of the filter unit and partially made of electrically conductive material.
