The invention relates to a device for demonstrating and testing, comparatively, the efficacy of an antireflection treatment of an ophthalmic lens comprising an image and a mirror, comprising a piece (1) comprising a first face (1A) for supporting said image (2) and a second face (1B) for supporting said mirror (3) which is semireflecting. According to the invention, said image (2) is back-lit by a light source (7), said second face (1B) forms an angle of at least 90° with respect to said first face and is disposed facing a third face (1C) for positioning at least one ophthalmic lens (4A) with its concave face turned towards the outside, provided with an arrangement for positioning said lens comprising at least one orifice (4) arranged on said third face, the device also comprising a text (5) on transparent support behind said mirror and a face of uniform colour (6) behind said text, so that, when a user looks through said orifice (4) and through said lens (4A), he views the resulting reflection of said image (2) on said lens (4A) by means of said mirror (3), superimposed on said text (5) and on said face of uniform colour (6).
