<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic copolymer excellent in adhesion to a plastic substrate and forming a transparent cured coating excellent in abrasion resistance, and a transparent laminated film excellent in curl resistance obtained by laminating the same. <P>SOLUTION: The acrylic copolymer has a mass average molecular weight of 50,000-200,000 which is obtained by copolymerization of a monomer having an acetoacetoxyethyl group and another ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and has a glass transition temperature of 40-100°C. The composition includes the acrylic copolymer and a crosslinker.
