<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode assembly capable of preventing damage on a light-emitting element caused by overheating by enhancing heat-radiating efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In a lamp assembly including light-emitting elements, a heat-radiating module, adapter, and a connection member, the adapter and the light-emitting elements are electrically connected with each other. The heat-radiating module includes a first heat-conductive member, and a second heat-conductive member, the first heat-conductive member and the second heat-conductive member respectively have a plurality of first fins and second fins, and the first fins and the second fins are alternately arranged. Further, a plurality of through-holes are formed on the second heat-conductive member in order to radiate heat.
