<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure of an electric motor that copes with high temperature and high speed rotation. <P>SOLUTION: The electric motor includes a case, a spindle, a plurality of rolling bearings disposed between the case and the spindle and located apart in an axial direction to allow the spindle to rotate with respect to the case, a rotor provided on the spindle, and a stator provided in the case. The rolling bearing includes a static wheel fixed to the case, a rotating wheel fixed to the spindle, a plurality of rolling elements rotatably supporting the static wheel and the rotating wheel, a sealing device provided at least outside the case of openings at both ends formed of the rotating wheel and the static wheel, and a grease composition filled in a rolling bearing internal space formed by the sealing device.
