<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resume information providing device and a method that can improve the quality of resume information and supply a company seeking a worker with the resume information. <P>SOLUTION: A resume information providing device 10 allows resume information 111a input by a job seeker to be edited through a terminal 30 of a resume editor and also allows edited resume information 111b by the resume editor to be browsed through a terminal 40 of a company seeking a worker.
