摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanded urethane foam which is made highly heat-conductive without changing other physical properties as much as possible and to provide a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The urethane foam molding includes a matrix comprising a polyurethane foam and a heat-conductive filler incorporated in the matrix and oriented contiguously with each other. The heat-conductive filler comprises composite particles each composed of a heat-conductive particles comprising a nonmagnetic substance and magnetic particles adhered to the surfaces of the nonmagnetic particles. The production method for the expanded urethane foam comprises a raw material mixing step of mixing expanded urethane resin raw materials with the heat-conductive filler to form a mixed raw material and an expansion molding step of pouring the mixed raw material into the cavity of an expansion mold and expansion-molding it while applying a magnetic field so that the magnetic flux density within the cavity becomes substantially uniform. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
