<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of shortening time of recovery from an energy saving mode. <P>SOLUTION: The communication apparatus comprises: a first table for registering information necessary for communication with another apparatus; rewriting means for rewriting contents of the first table; power supply monitoring means for monitoring a power supply state of a CPU; and notification means for notifying to the CPU if contents of the first table is changed.
