<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a reactor in which when one of an inside core portion and an outside core portion arranged inside and outside a coil is made of a high-relative-permeability material and the other is made of a low-magnetic-permeability material, an adjustment range of relative magnetic permeability of the low-magnetic-permeability material can be freely set. <P>SOLUTION: The reactor 1 is manufactured through the following processes [A] to [C]. [A] is a preparation process for one core portion in which the inside core portion 20i made of a dust core or a laminated steel plate is prepared. [B] is a raw material preparation process for the other core portion in which mixed powder containing soft magnetic powder and nonmagnetic powder is prepared as a material of the outside core portion 20o. [C] is a forming process for the reactor by which the reactor having the coil 10, inside core portion 20i, and outside core portion 20o integrated is formed by forming the outside core portion 20o by pressing and fixing the prepared mixed powder in a state in which the inside core portion 20i and coil 10 are combined with each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
