<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate a temperature distribution of an object. <P>SOLUTION: A heat transfer analyzer comprises a primary analysis part and a secondary analysis part. The primary analysis part performs a heat transfer analysis on an analysis model under a boundary condition specifying heat flux to produce a primary temperature distribution. The secondary analysis part estimates a temperature error distribution in an analysis area besides measuring points based on an error value between an actually measured temperature at a measuring point set to the analysis model and a temperature at the measuring point in the primary temperature distribution to correct the primary temperature distribution on the basis of the temperature error distribution. The secondary analysis part may perform a second heat transfer analysis with an error value between an actually measured temperature at a measuring point and the temperature at the measuring point in the primary temperature distribution as a temperature restricted boundary condition to estimate the temperature error distribution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
