<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack attachment/detachment structure that enables easy attachment/detachment. <P>SOLUTION: A structure of attaching/detaching a battery pack 3 that is installed below front seats 2 arranged adjacent to each other in a vehicle 1 includes: a bracket 4 that guides the battery pack 3 along a direction in which the front seats 2 are arranged adjacent to each other; and a fixing section 3b that is installed between the front seats 2 to fix the battery pack 3 to the vehicle 1. The fixing section 3b is installed in a position so that the battery pack 3 can be fixed or released when one of the front seats 2 is removed.
