<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brassiere wearable like a normal brassiere without feeling uncomfortably, easy to attach and detach, and reducing attachment burden of a person handicapped with the finger/shoulder/elbow. <P>SOLUTION: This brassiere for a handicapped person is obtained by setting base cloths (2R and 2L) on the bottom of right and left cup parts (1R and 1L), and setting a belt (3) on a left end part of the right base cloth (2R), a belt end fixture (4a) on the end of the belt, a belt bottom fixture (4b) on a right base cloth central part (2Rc), and a belt loop (5) on a left base cloth central part (2Lc).
