DISPLAY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display which comprises a translucent conductive film as a wiring or an electrode and can decrease the resistance of the translucent conductive film.

SOLUTION: The display includes a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of drain lines intersecting with the gate lines. In every pixel area, a thin-film transistor connected to the gate lines and the drain lines is formed. At least one of the gate lines, the drain lines, and leading lines which are extended from the gate lines or the drain lines is formed of a translucent patterned conductive film. The translucent patterned conductive film consists of at least a first translucent patterned conductive film and a second translucent patterned conductive film laminated on the first translucent patterned conductive film. The second translucent patterned conductive film is formed to overlap with only the surface including the side surface of the translucent patterned conductive film.
