ALIGNMENT OF OPERATIONAL READINESS ACTIVITIES

An operational readiness alignment system is presented. A planning engine leverages readiness activities from previous projects to determine which readiness activities are relevant to a current project. The planning engine can further correlate readiness activities with available team members to derive a responsibility matrix representing a recommendation on which team members should be assigned to which readiness activity roles or responsibilities. One can use the contemplated system to derive one or more readiness measures.
