<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The device (1) has a selection lever (4) and a switching lever (5) implementing translatory and rotary movements in the device, respectively. Additive masses (6) i.e. planetary gears, are provided for increasing turning inertia, during rotation of a switching shaft (2) around a longitudinal axis (3) in a switching direction (S). The masses are connected with the switching shaft in a rotary manner. Connection rod drives (7, 8) are provided for the masses to be subjected to rotary movement around the longitudinal axis, during movement of the switching shaft in a selection direction (W). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Switching device for a gear box i.e. motor car toothed gear change box (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The connection rod drives are provided for the additive masses to be subjected to rotary movement around the longitudinal axis, during movement of the switching shaft in the selection direction, thus exerting mass inertia effect on the switching shaft, during selection process in desired circumference, and constructing the switching device in a simple manner. The switching device enables adjusting or determining the height and/or intensity of the effect.
