摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The resectoscope (1) has a rigid tubular shaft (2) with a distal end region (3) e.g. ceramic ring, arranged at a proximate end of a conveyor (5) that controls movement of an electrode (12) longitudinally arranged in the distal end region of the shaft. The electrode is arranged in an imaging region of a rod-shaped elongated optic (9) arranged in the shaft. A flushing system produces flow of liquid in the shaft, where the flushing system comprises a controlled irrigation pump (P). A motion sensor e.g. proximity sensor (16), monitors movement of the electrode. #CMT# : #/CMT# The shaft is designed as a metallic tube.
