Disclosed are a circuit module and a measurement method capable of accurately measuring isolation characteristics of an isolator. A processing circuit is constituted by SAW filters (4a and 4b) and a power amplifier (6) and applies predetermined processing to an input signal. An isolator (8) possesses an input port (P1), an output port (P2), and a ground port (P3), wherein the input signal to which the processing circuit has applied predetermined processing is input via the input port (P1) and is caused to be output as an output signal via the output port (P2). A directional coupler (7) distributes a signal which is transmitted between the processing circuit and the isolator (8). A measurement device (10) causes a test signal to be inputted from the output port (P2) to measure a detection signal which is output from the directional coupler (7).
