PURPOSE: A squat exercise device and an exercise load control apparatus used in the same are provided to precisely and electrically control load and to measure maximum muscle power. CONSTITUTION: A squat exercise device comprises: a rotational motion device(102); a device control part(104) controlling the rotational motion of the rotational motion device; an exercise conversion part(106) which changes the rotational motion of the rotational motion device into the linear motion; and an exercise part(108) which is connected to the exercise conversion part and has a form that a user can sit.
