PURPOSE: A polyphenylene ether composite resin composition is provided to improve an oil-resistant which is the weakness of a polyphenylene ether, and water-resistant which is the weakness of a polyamide with maintaining heat-resistant, heat-resistant, oil-resistant and formability which are the intrinsic property of a polyamide. CONSTITUTION: A polyphenylene ether composite resin composition comprises: a thermoplastic mixed resin which is mixed with a 100.0 parts by weight polyphenylene ether resin and a 30-500 parts by weight polyamide resin; a polystyrene-diene copolymer whish grafted a 1-25 parts by weight unsaturated carboxylic acid or anhydride group thereof; and a 0.1-20 parts by weight electric conductive carbon material.
