PURPOSE: A device for coupling a frame to a panel is provided to prevent a bolt assembling unit from becoming separated and increase coupling force of a frame and a panel even if the device is shot. CONSTITUTION: A device for coupling a frame to a panel comprises a bolt(40), a nut(50), a washer(60), and a separation-preventing washer(30). The separation-preventing washer is located on the head of the bolt. The separation-preventing washer prevents pressing and damage to the panel and comprises a groove(32), which holds the head of the bolt.
