FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industry of building materials, namely, to composition of a fibrous concrete mix used for road, bridge and aerodrome engineering, in manufacturing of prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete products and structures and to the method of fibrous concrete mixture manufacturing. In the method to prepare a modified fibrous concrete mixture, including mixing of the following components in a mixer - portland cement, steel fibre, filler, plasticising and modifying additives and mixing water, steel fibre is "Mixarm" fibre made of steel wire with conical anchors at the ends, the plasticising additive is plasticiser "D-11", the modifying additive is represented by multilayer carbon nanotubes with diameter of 8-40 nm and length of 2-50 mcm, portland cement is previously dispersed, as well as the specified plasticiser and the modifying additive, then they are mixed with fibre in a linear inductance rotator for 5-7 minutes, and the produced product is mixed in the mixer with serial introduction of filler and mixing water. ^ EFFECT: increased compression strength and tensile bending strength with preservation of frost resistance and water impermeability. ^ 4 cl, 2 tbl |
