A floor section (15) is formed at the rear of a vehicle body (11), at one side of it. A lifting floor device (21) having a floor body (22) lifted and lowered by a lifting drive device is placed above the vehicle body (11). The floor body (22) has a cutout (23) at its left side, at its rear half. The right side of the floor body (22) is used as a passage (24) for a physically handicapped person. A stairway device (51) as a passage (50) for an able-bodied person is provided between the floor body (22) and the floor section (15), on the floor body (22) side in the cutout (23), and the stairway device (51) is pivotable in a vertical plane. A lifting table device (71) having a lifting table (81) is placed behind the vehicle body (11), on the left side of it. The lifting table (81) is adapted so that, when lifted, it can face the rear end of the passage (24) for a physically handicapped person.
