<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which is easily opened simply by screwing an overcap or a top lid and a container with a lid provided with the cap for preventing an unintended opening and for easily mounting/dismounting the top lid once it is opened. <P>SOLUTION: In the condition where a separation part 4 is connected with an inner cap 2, when an overcap 3 is not yet opened, unexpected opening is prevented because the top end wall 3b of the overcap 3 includes a rotation control part 9b, which being fitted to the separation part 4 at a reference position before the rotation of a screw part 11a, controls the rotation of the overcap 3 on the inner cap 2. Once it is opened, because the part 4 is separated from the cap 2 and fitted with the wall 3b, the fitting of the part 9b with the part 4 is released enabling the easy rotation of the overcap 3 on the cap 2 and easy mounting and dismounting of the overcap 3 on/from a container body 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
