<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power buying and selling system for supporting the buying and selling surplus power between each home or the like and neighboring facilities. <P>SOLUTION: A home system 12 measures a power generation amount of a power generation system 11 and a total amount of power consumption of load devices 13, which is used in a house 10, to calculate an amount of sellable power based on the measuring result. The home system 12 prepares a selling power condition based on the calculated amount of sellable power and the like to notice the selling power condition to a facility system 21, and selects any of response policies among an approval, reject, or change of the selling power condition for the buying power condition noticed from the facility system 21 to provide the facility system 21 with notification based on the selected response policy. When the selling power condition is noticed from the home system 12, the facility system 21 selects any of response policies among an approval, reject, or preparation of the buying power condition for the selling power condition based on a power demand situation in a facility 20 to provide the home system 12 with notification based on the selected response policy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
