PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a gas-liquid heat exchanger made of hollow fibers having holes on the surface has high adhesion, but tends to leak a liquid, while a gas-liquid heat exchanger made of hollow fibers having no holes on the surface tends to cause poor adhesion between an adhesive and the hollow fibers and thus to leak a liquid, and to provide a small, light and liquid leak-free gas-liquid heat exchanger made of hollow fibers that has a high heat exchanging efficiency and good fabrication nature.
SOLUTION: The gas-liquid heat exchanger made of hollow fibers having holes on the outer surface uses hollow fibers having an outer surface opening-area percentage of holes with a diameter of 0.1 μm or more of 2-10% and having an average diameter of holes with a diameter of 0.1 μm or more of 0.2-1.0 μm, which are measured by observing the outer surface of the hollow fibers, magnified 1,000 times by an electron microscope. An adhesive resin osmoses into a quarter or more of the thickness from the outer surface of the hollow fibers toward the center and performs bonding.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
