<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a hook to be easily removed from a panel body when discarding a display panel comprising a panel body that can be suspended on a wall surface of can be raised on a stand and a hook capable of hooking merchandise by being mounted to a mount hole of the panel body. <P>SOLUTION: A scheduled opening part 16 divided by a perforation 16a is provided at least at one side of the left and right of the mount hole 11 of the panel body in the display panel 1. When a hook 20 is inclined to a side of the scheduled opening part 16, the perforation 16a is broken by pressing of a flange 22 and an opening communicating with the mount hole 11 is formed at the scheduled opening part 16.
