<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately inspect the error of the division data of a plurality of elements. <P>SOLUTION: An image pickup device 100 is provided with: a grouping part 6a for dividing, into a plurality of groups, the nodes of a plurality of elements having prescribed shapes obtained by dividing an analytic object model like a mesh such that each node belongs to at least two groups; a coordinate acquisition part 6b for acquiring the coordinates of at least one node in each of the plurality of groups; and an incorrect data specification part 6c for, based on the coordinates of at least one node, specifying at least two nodes of which the interval of the mutual coordinates is equal to or less than a prescribed threshold in the group to which the node belongs as nodes which are inappropriate for analysis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
