<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning support device which allows efficient learning of healthcare and nursing skills. <P>SOLUTION: The learning support device comprises: a camera 11 for photographing a moving image of a demonstration; a model moving image storage area 31 for storing a model moving image which is the photographed model demonstration; a training moving image storage area 32 for storing a moving image of training which is the photographed demonstration of a learner; a display screen control unit 21 that simultaneously displays the first part display screen 16a for displaying the model moving image and the second part display screen 16b for displaying the moving image of the training side by side on a display screen 16; and a synchronized display control unit 22 for synchronizing and displaying the model moving image displayed on the first part display screen 16a and the training moving image displayed on the second part display screen 16b.
