<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage supply apparatus that can improve current supply capacity without increasing electrical capacitance inside an integrated circuit device. <P>SOLUTION: An apparatus is provided with an integrated circuit device and a voltage supply unit that generates drive voltage and supplies the generated drive voltage to the integrated circuit device. The integrated circuit device has a plurality of circuits, a plurality of voltage input terminals that externally receives drive voltage for driving corresponding circuits from among the plurality of circuits, and a reference terminal that outputs a reference voltage that serves as a reference for drive voltage externally received.
