<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure where inner fins laminated for three steps or above by folding one metal plate can be formed while displacement between the inner fins adjacent in a lamination direction is suppressed in a laminated heat exchanger using web fins as the inner fins and having the inner fins laminated in one flow channel for three stages or above. <P>SOLUTION: Inner fins 33 for three stages are formed by folding one metal plate by installing two folding portions 5. When one coupling portion 332 arranged on one side of the lamination direction in two coupling portions 332 connected to one plate portion 331 in the inner fin 33 is set to be an apex 51 and the other coupling portion arranged on the other side of the lamination direction is set to be a trough 52, the folding portion 5 between the inner fin 33 in a second stage and the inner fin 33 in a third stage consists of the trough 52 of the inner fin 33 in the second stage and the apex 51 of the inner fin 33 in the third stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
