DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLAGE OF AN IMPELLER OF CROSS TYPE FOR A ROTARY-BLADE HYDRO-TURBINE

A device for assemblage of an impeller of cross-type of a rotary-blade hydro-turbine is arranged with possibility of assemblage of additional cylinder, guide keys, spinner and sealing rings of the piston. It contains a support that is arranged as circular one, with inner cavity; a holder that is installed on the mounting plate; turn-in parts that are turned in to openings of the upper flange of the body and fixed on the support; turn-in parts that are turned in to openings of the lever and fixed on the holder and the journal of the device; a stop block that is installed and fixed on the lever pin; journals installed in the windows of the body; jack that is installed on the mounting plate; holders with threaded opening installed on the lower flange of the body; supports that are turned in to threaded openings of the holders; stopper installed in the cylinder and in the cross-piece; rods turned in to openings of the levers and to the “rosette” of the body, and yoke installed on the piston of the servo-motor.
