A method for preservation of the parathyroid glands in the surgical treatment of thyroid disease comprises the removal of thyroid tissue with preservation of parathyroid glands. According to the method the parathyroid glands is visualized and isolated by the outer capsule of the thyroid dissection by dermal coagulator with further flaking from the gland. |
